Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@soaptales.co.uk and include
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@soaptales.co.uk for assistance.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and follow the returns process for the original item.
Damages & Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 daysof receipt at info@soaptales.co.uk with:
• Photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
• Your order number
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition unless they are faulty.
